The Killer is an exciting thriller that’s not for everyone.
The killer directed by David Fincher is intriguing and Interesting from the first scene. Just as anyone who read the title would think, the film opens with Micheal Fassbender on his job hired to kill an important person in Britain.
The Killer explains his routine like amyone doing any meticulous job would. This narration is the most interesting factor of the film. Because after sometime we become accustomed to his voice and would want to here more from him. The voice also convinces the watchers that in way though he is a criminal he is just on a job like any normal person.
The plot of the Killer is very predictable. Just like John Wick and hundreds of films it follows what happen when an assasin is taunted. But what makes a difference is the ending while we expect a big final showdown between the billionaire and the killer. David Fincher takes the other route where The Killer ises life as his weapon than guns.
The camera is astounding as we are shown beautiful shots from the Killer’s POV. Dialogues were brief and memorable. The Background score deserves a special mention and is like the life-blood of the Killer.
Overall The Killer is an interesting thriller film that’s not for everyone.
